Reg Genome Development Limited investigates all reports of security vulnerabilities. If you are a security researcher and believe you have found a security vulnerability, please send an email to us at itsecurity@reg-genome.com, we welcome your report and thank you for your assistance.

In your email, please include enough detail to reproduce the vulnerability. We ask that you allow us 21 days to fix the vulnerability before making any information public, and you avoid data deletion, unauthorised data access, and service disruption while testing the vulnerability you found.

We will let you know we received your report, provide an estimate of how long the fix will take, and we will tell you when we have fixed the vulnerability.
